Recently Bhavesh Agarwal (CEO of Ola) supported Narayan Murthy’s comment on 70 hours work week.
I slightly agree with the comment.
Entrepreneurs should work 70-80 hours per week (in fact, they already do).
But if you are a regular employee, you should not work more than 8 hours per day.
If you work for some reason, get paid for the extra work you did.

Now maybe these kind of comments come from people like them because the incentives of working more for a entrepreneur/any executive is a much higher as compared to a regular employee.
In India, many people in the bottom 40-50% already work 70-80 hours per week (some even more).
The problem is most of them don’t get the expected return.
